Statement on the ICC Summons: crimes against humanity in 2007 Kenya post-election violence

EALS, we issued a Statement on the application of Summons from the International Criminal Court against 6 Kenyans, which Statement is attached. In the statement, we were reminding the Government of Kenya that it still bore the responsibility to protect its citizens, and to hold any persons who violated this right to account; at the pain of international intervention if Kenya failed to do so.
